The 2010 BMW X6 has seating for 4, comes in 3 trims -each with twin-turbocharged engines and standard all-wheel drive, is slightly larger than BMW’s 5-series mid-size cars, and features a raised suspension similar to BMW’s X5 mid-size SUV.

Available safety features include ABS traction control, anti-skid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. Standard on all 2010 BMW X6 models is BMW’s iDrive Control System, which uses a console knob to control entertainment, navigation, communication, and climate functions.

“President Obama signed into law a program the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is calling the Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS). This is a federal program that helps you purchase a new, more fuel efficient vehicle when you trade in a less fuel efficient vehicle.”

• Your vehicle must be less than 25 years old on the trade-in date
• Only purchase or lease of new vehicles qualify
• Generally, trade-in vehicles must get 18 or less MPG (some very large pick-up trucks and cargo vans have different requirements)
• Trade-in vehicles must be registered and insured continuously for the full year preceding the trade-in
• You don’t need a voucher, dealers will apply a credit at purchase
• Program runs through Nov 1, 2009 or when the funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.
• The program requires the scrapping of your eligible trade-in vehicle, and that the dealer disclose to you an estimate of the scrap value of your trade-in. The scrap value, however minimal, will be in addition to the rebate, and not in place of the rebate.

The 2008 7 Series is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan, or luxury sports sedan, available in 4 trims, ranging from the 750i Sedan to the 760Li Sedan.

Upon introduction, the 750i Sedan is equipped with a standard 4.8-liter, V8, 360-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway.
